1). 15 to 20 minutes of reflection and mediation
2). Practice breathing in slowly for 5 breathes
3). I love Aromatherapy, so choose Patchouli, Wild Orange, Sandalwood
4). Centering my thoughts on all the Blessings in my life
5). Letting Go of all things that do-not serve me.
